I'm flat-out jealous of how upbeat she looks after her workout. I don't even want to think of intentionally breaking a sweat in this heat. Wouldn't it be nice if just sweating in hot weather led to weight loss?
Then again, if I looked like that after exercising, I'd be upbeat, too- LOL
How's your workout routine going this summer? Are sticking with it or staying in the air conditioning? (Of course, you can work out in the air conditioning, I guess, if you're really good :)
