Detectives have been investigating into the Mel Gibson domestic violence case for weeks. Now that they have all their evidence, they turned it over to the District Attorney in Los Angeles. A decision could apparently take months to come through.
That is terrible news for both Mel and Oksana Grigorieva. I'm sure both of them want to have this done and over with. But at this point, it's really all hearsay. Oksana has tapes and photos, but those can be easily doctored. Mel has his ex-wife as a character witness but she could've been paid for that. He said, she said. Who is the judge going to believe?
