This is really too bad. Things were going so well for rapper T.I.: he served his time, got married, had the #1 movie in the country last weekend ('Takers'), and now this. He and his wife were arrested on drug charges last night in Los Angeles.

[A]uthorities said they pulled the rap superstar over and "smelled a strong odor of marijuana" coming from his vehicle.

In addition to the smell of marijuana, according to the L.A. County Sheriff's department, "Pills resembling Ectasy were found and the pills are now undergoing testing."

Authorities also told us, "No other drugs were found."

I wonder if T.I. was on probation? If so, this could send him back to jail. What a mess.
