According to the terms of Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva's custody agreement, he's set to have significantly more time with his daughter. When Lucia turns one, Mel's "custodial rights" will increase to 40%. She turns one on October 30th. As of right now Mel only has 20% custody. Obviously Oksana isn't happy about all this.
