As if the 'Machete' actress doesn't have enough to deal with right now... Radar Online reports that Lindsay Lohan has had her attorneys send her father, Michael, a cease-and-desist letter to stop selling her things.
The troubled starlet has fired off a scathing and threatening cease and desist letter to her dad, ordering him to stop selling her personal property, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
She calls his actions "shameful."
t the center of the legal spat is Lindsay's private diary entries she wrote while in drug rehabilitation at Cirque Lodge in Utah, in 2007.
In the letter -- sent by Lindsay's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley to Michael's rep Lisa Bloom -- the Mean Girls star accuses her dad of attempting to sell excerpts of the hand-written diary.
I agree with Lindsay: that IS shameful.
Meanwhile, Michael Lohan told TMZ that he's moving to LA to be closer to Lindsay. He reportedly said:
Michael blames the wedge between him and Lindsay on Dina saying, "If wedges hadn't been put between us and people didn't use children as pawns, a lot of the problems suffered by children wouldn't happen."
You can also avoid "wedges" between people if you don't try to sell their personal possessions. Just a point.
