Mischa Barton was seen exiting Madeo restaurant after enjoying dinner with some friends. Looks like the actress decided to go natural with little or no makeup last night. Mischa doesn't need it, she has such a fresh face. If you are traveling to LA and are looking for a celeb hot-spot, I'd say Madeo should definitely be on your list. The Beautiful Life? Hardly. Mischa Barton, whose career has fallen on some hard times of late, was spotted driving erratically around town for hours yesterday, talking on her cell phone. On one occasion, the actress, who was recently sued for unpaid rent by her NYC landlord, was seen making an obscene hand gesture to a fellow motorist. Mischa then pulled over to smoke weed before heading into Joan's on Third for a late lunch with a mystery male friend (probably some D-list alt-rocker). Mischa Barton has really fallen on hard times these days. Pretty soon, that hooker outfit she donned for Law & Order: SVU may be her actual working attire. Okay, we're exaggerating a little there. But a landlord really is saying the star is refusing to pay rent on her $7,000-a-month apartment in New York City. Landlord M.R.A. Realties Inc. says in a lawsuit that Barton rebuffed efforts to collect the last three months' worth of rent in her Tribeca neighborhood pad. The skinny actress' representatives had no immediate response. The landlord wants Barton to pay rent as well as legal fees incurred during the proceedings. Mischa Barton has issues. Financial, not just mental! The 23-year-old Barton also lives in Los Angeles. The lawsuit filed Thursday says that her one-year lease on the Manhattan apartment began in September 2009. At the time, she was in The Beautiful Life, a CW series about the New York modeling world. The show was canceled in September after airing just two ...

It seems that Mischa Barton's string of bad luck is continuing. The actress is now being sued over not paying the rent on her New York City apartment. She just started renting the $7,000 a month apartment in Tribeca this past September. The lawsuit says that she's failed to pay the last three months' worth of rent! If Radar Online's report is to be believed, Mischa Barton is having a hard time shooting her guest spot on 'Law and Order: SVU.' The main cast reportedly is losing patience with her after one scene supposedly took ten hours to film because Mischa kept flubbing her lines. "She only had seven lines, seven!" the source told RadarOnline.com exclusively about the recently out of rehab actress' problems with her lines. "Each time she would mess up she would forget her lines and Mariska kept prompting her and saying 'it's your line Mischa'." Mischa did apologize each time she missed her line, according to the source. "She looks pretty," said the source told RadarOnline.com, adding that Mischa's little dog was running around the set and she "always looked happy when she was playing with the dog." Mischa Barton was photographed walking her dog around Soho in New York City yesterday afternoon. I have to point out her nails (see thumbnail below). She has on Minx and I've been absolutely obsessed with the style for about 6 months. The only problem is no one does it where I live. I would have to go into Manhattan and make an appointment.
