According to the New York Post, Lindsay Lohan is suing the financial company E-Trade over an ad that uses her name. The ad is two babies talking via computer; the girl baby is upset about the boy baby not calling the night before. She asks if he was spending time with another "milkaholic" baby named Lindsay. Lindsay's lawyer explained the lawsuit to the Post: "Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit," Ovadia said. "They used the name Lindsay," Ovadia said. "They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan." Apparently Lindsay wants the ad taken off the air and $100 million: $50 million for exemplary damages and another $50 million for compensatory damages. Lindsay Lohan is suing for $100 million from E*TRADE, believing that the "milkaholic" baby featured in their Super Bowl commercial was modeled after her. The ad features a baby named Lindsay, accused of being the other woman in a baby love triangle. We'd love to have been in the writers' room for this one. At one point, the "girlfriend" baby demands to know whether or not the main baby was out doing some partying with "that milk-a-holic Lindsay" last night. A third baby pops into frame - supposedly "Lindsay" - and delivers the line "Milk-a-what?" Totally her. Anything "-holic" is a jab at Lohan, without a doubt. Naturally, Linds feels this "subliminal message" is defamatory. In response, the alleged actress has filed a lawsuit in Nassau County, N.Y., Supreme Court, claiming E*TRADE violated her  rights by using her "name and characterization" in business without paying her or getting her approval. Perhaps Lindsay should start an E*TRADE account, because there are other ways ...

We know, we know. When is Lindsay Lohan NOT trashy? Perhaps there was once a time, and there may be again. But it certainly isn't here in Purple magazine. Lindsay Lohan was seen leaving the Nokia X6 launch party at Sketch in London. She then headed on over to Jet Black. The paparazzi stuck around to photograph the actress getting some help back to her car at 5AM! You can see she is partying with the same group of guys from two nights ago. When Lindsay Lohan arrived to Boujis nightclub, she didn't attempt to hide herself. She walked right in while talking on phone accompanied by her bodyguards. However, when she left the London nightspot, she opted for the backdoor (with two new male friends) and hid under her coat. Her guards helped the actress back to her car and they drove off. It was about 1AM. Either she wasn't in the mood to deal with the paparazzi, or she had a little too much fun while inside and didn't want the pictures causing her issues. Photos by INF
