Lindsay Lohan, model citizen? Never thought we'd see the day. The actress is kicking arse and taking names in the probation department these days. She got another glowing report from the judge overseeing her case this morning, and in one more month, could fulfill her requirements at last. Judge Stephanie Sautner gushed, "You seem to be getting your life back on track!" Sautner was impressed that for the third time in a row, Lohan completed her required community service and therapy sessions, saying "You're in the home stretch!" By March 29, she must complete her final 14 days of community service at the L.A. County morgue, and five more therapy sessions. If she stays on track, it's over. Well, mostly. Lindsay would then be placed on informal probation, meaning all she has to do is obey all laws ... okay, not a guarantee by any stretch of the imagination. Lindsay Lohan will host Saturday Night Live March 3, and the 25-year-old landed the plum gig without the help of her mother or any other management figure. An insider close to the 25-year-old says Dina Lohan, who used to manage her LiLo, “had nothing to do" with helping her land the late night comedy show slot. The actress personally reached out to SNL creator and executive producer Lorne Michaels, whom she reportedly sees as a father figure, about the hosting gig. The two promptly hashed out details for the March 3 show. It will be her fourth time on the show, and her first since 2006. Lindsay Lohan has more tax liens against her than she does probation violation charges. Okay, that's a gross exaggeration ... but she does have more than one. Which is ridiculous in itself. That's right, according to the L.A. County Recorder's Office, Lindsay never paid federal income taxes for 2010: $140,203.30 worth. This is a different case than the $93,701.57 she owes from 2009. Baffling. As TMZ previously reported, LiLo never cut Uncle Sam a check for the $93,701.57 she was supposed to pay in federal income taxes for 2009 either. Lohan blamed her accountants for the 2009 debacle (obviously, never her fault) so it's probably safe to say they're on the hook for 2010 as well.
