After speaking to her PR team and being told what to do thinking about the act of violence perpetrated against her on a Los Angeles red carpet last week, Kim Kardashian has decided to press charges against the woman who threw flour all over her. She will reportedly contact law enforcement officials over the next few days and take the appropriate steps. In response to this decision, PETA has gone on the attack against Kardashian. That lame organization denies involvement in the act, but has released a statement that reads: If she presses charges, at least people will be constantly reminded of her selfish, callous disregard for the cruel deaths that she causes by wearing fur. How much better it would be if she decided to evolve and enhance her image by donating her vulgar furs and exotic-animal skins to the homeless. The activist acted from the heart, something Kim doesn't seem to have. If anything, Kim should get a life, the very thing ...

Upon dousing Kim Kardashian with flour last night, a woman reportedly referred to the reality star as a "Fur Hag!" Does this mean PETA, who has called out the ex-sex tape star in the past for her fur coat affections, orchestrated the attack? No, the organization insists. But that doesn't mean it's sad the incident took place. Kim Kardashian: Flour Bombed! "It was not [us]," a rep for PETA tells TMZ, adding: "PETA has tried everything from polite letters to public protests, but Kim Kardashian has not been moved by the news that animals are beaten, electrocuted, and even skinned alive for real fur garments. Whoever threw that flour may reach her when our polite appeals did not." And, hey, if flour is unsuccessful, no doubt a message from Courtney Stodden will do the trick.

Kim Kardashian has been flour bombed. As previously reported, the professional celebrity was doing what she does best last night in Los Angeles - posing on a red carpet - when a young woman ran up and doused her with a bag of white powder later identified as basic cooking flour. "I'm fine," Kardashian told E! News after the incident. "You have to laugh it off! I brushed off and came right back out." She also didn't press charges against the culprit, who was detained by police and then released. What does it say that a tiny percentage of the THG staff wonders whether Kim concocted this flap on her own for the sake of publicity and sympathy? Just the obvious, we suppose. Watch footage from the event now: Kim Kardashian: Flour Bombed!

This is so not kool, people. During an event at the London Hotel in West Hollywood last night, Kim Kardashian was walking the red carpet when a woman ran up and tossed white powder all over the reality star's back and hair. You can see the before-and-after shots from the fragrance launch below, with Kim being led away, following the assault, in the latter photo: The fire department was called in to determine the powder was simply cooking flour and police have detailed the assailant, who really is a moron. If you aren't a fan of Kim Kardashian, ignore her on Facebook and Twitter. Don't make her sympathetic in the eyes of the public and definitely don't give her a reason to make more headlines. Seriously, even Jon Hamm would not approve of this idiotic act. [Photo: B. Dowling/WENN.com]

Incredibly, hilariously, and totally awesomely, Jon Hamm is apparently at it again. In an interview with Time Out London, the actor was asked about his status as a sex symbol and told the publication: “The sexy thing is so ephemeral and meaningless other than in the world of selling magazines. Who cares, when it's reduced to just that? You might as well be a Kardashian and have a sex tape.” Yes! Burn! This dig, of course, follows Hamm's reference to Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian as "idiots" who serve as examples of how stupidity is rewarded in our culture. He's mostly stuck by these comments, too. Jonathan Cheban (we know: who?!?) also upped the ante this week by saying his friend is more popular than the multiple-time Emmy winner. Whose side are you on in this feud?

It's official: Kim Kardashian has now spent more time talking about her divorce than she spent actually married to Kris Humphries. And it's not even close. The wooden reality star appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno yesterday (note: Really, Jay Leno?!?) and explained how her marriage to the NBA power forward would have fallen apart regardless of whether or not their actions were filmed. "I truly, honestly believe it would have been the same thing," Kin said. "We are exactly who we are, whether the cameras are on or off, and that's why I love my family so much. What you see is what you get. I showed my life and the reality of my life and it might not be pretty all the time, but it's who I am and I learned so much from it." We wish we could say the same held true for the public... but Kardashian still gets thousands of Likes on Facebook from fans who ...
