Denise Richards has something to be excited about! She's officially employed by someone other than E! Entertainment. The actress has had a rough time as of late landing gigs but according to Access Hollywood, the mom of two is now part of Spike TV's 'Blue Mountain State'. It's a sitcom and Denise has a recurring role. Denise will play Debra, the ex-wife of Marty Daniels, played by Ed Marinaro on the half-hour comedy. With all of the drama surrounding Charlie Sheen, it's easy to forget about the people around him who are being affected. I'm thinking of his daughters with ex-wife (and 'It's Complicated' star) Denise Richards, Sam and Lola. I wonder if they know much about what's going on, and if so, how they're handling it? It looks like Denise is carrying on with normal activities, at least. She, Sam, and Lola were doing some shopping at The Commons of Calabasas yesterday afternoon. TMZ has obtained documents pertaining to the possibly-happening divorce of Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller. The 41 page document outlines some of the ways that assets will be split. Brooke will get several bank accounts, a $1 million payout for her share of their house, about $700,000 in a lump sum, and 50% of the money they received for selling baby pics to Getty images. In addition to that, Brooke will receive $55,000 per month in child support and a clause in the paperwork says that she will never receive less than what Denise Richards is paid in support. Also, there is additional language that prevents them from ever airing any dirty laundry: "not to disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Charlie's sexual affairs or alleged drug usage." Denise Richards, Amy Smart and Lisa Rinna hosted the 'Best Friends Los Angeles Spring Super Adoption Festival' at Westchester Park in California over the weekend. The women took turns speaking to the audience about the importance of adopting pets and even got friendly with a few pooches while working the crowd. Denise Richards attempted to run errands today near her home in California. She looks pretty irked that the photographers are there (as most celebrities usually are). But, it seems that the paparazzi follow her more heavily on the days when ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, is in the news. Today it was reported that Charlie's current wife, Brooke Mueller, moved out of their home and that their marriage is over. To make the headlines even more juicy, TMZ reports that Charlie is facing jail time for the "Aspen incident". Denise does not look amused.
