As it stands, Oksana Grigorieva currently receives $5,000 a month in child support for her baby with Mel Gibson, Lucia, plus he pays for the house that they live in. However, she's asking a judge for more. A LOT more. Oksana reportedly wants $40,000 a month in child support instead of what she's already receiving. Who is giving this girl legal counsel?!
